PICTURE-Bestand als Import-Modelle ablegen (#4)
23 Diagramme aus dem bisherigen PICTURE-Bestand der AG, maschinell in Arbeitsschritt-.md zurückgewandelt und mit md_to_bpmn.py neu erzeugt. Je Ordner import-<name>/ Steckbrief mit Status Import, .md und .bpmn. Was die Syntax nicht abbildet (aufgeklappte Teilprozesse, Schleifen, Assoziationen, Verknüpfungen), steht als Hinweis oder Kommentar in der .md und im Steckbrief. Nicht übernommen: die leeren Exporte 3.10 und 3.16 sowie „7 Gewannenfestlegung“ (nur Startereignis). Setzt Projektwissen #31 (Status Import) voraus. |
||||
Aus PICTURE übernommen, dort ohne Beschreibung. Das Modell zeigt den Ablauf „5.1 Vorbereitende Arbeiten“ mit 11 Ablaufelementen und 11 Kanten.

## Annahmen und offene Punkte
|
||||
- Maschinell aus dem PICTURE-Export zurückgewandelt, fachlich nicht geprüft. Grundlage für den Stresstest des Konverters und für die spätere Arbeitsschritt-Datenbank (Projektwissen: `docs/wissen/picture_import.md`).

||||
- Anmerkungen und Datenobjekte stehen unverbunden neben dem Ablauf. Der Bezug steht als Kommentar in der `.md`; „nach Lage geschätzt“ heißt: im Original ohne Assoziation.
